Coronavirus Free

At the time of writing Barbados remains coronavirus free. No cases of Coronavirus have been reported in Barbados.

As a precaution against the spread of coronavirus, the Government of Barbados will put anyone arriving in Barbados who has visited Hubei Province (China), Iran, Italy and South Korea within the past 14 days into quarantine. Individuals who have visited other parts of China in the past 14 days will be screened and if necessary placed in quarantine. The Government of Barbados is also advising residents of Barbados against all non-essential travel to Italy.

Barbados lies partially in the Atlantic Ocean and partially in the Caribbean Sea. This relatively flat island is 21 mi (34 km) long and 14 mi (22.5km) wide. Barbadians (Bajans) are a warm, friendly and hospitable people who are genuinely proud of their country and culture and welcome visitors as privileged guests.
